We recognize the importance of reducing the environmental impact of our activities and contributing to a more conscious and durable consumption model, in compliance with current Italian legislation.

In selecting furnishing products, particular attention is paid to the quality, durability, and safety of the materials used.

We favor the use of resistant materials and solutions designed to ensure a long product lifespan, contributing to waste reduction and limiting frequent item replacement.

Whenever possible, we collaborate with suppliers who adopt responsible production processes and comply with applicable environmental standards.

3. Packaging and Logistics

We are committed to optimizing packaging to reduce material consumption and minimize waste.

Packaging is designed to adequately protect products during transport, reducing the risk of damage and consequent unnecessary returns.

Efficient logistics management contributes to reducing transport-related emissions.

4. Social Responsibility and Working Conditions

We promote ethical and responsible practices throughout the supply chain.

We collaborate with partners who respect labor, safety, and fundamental human rights regulations, in compliance with applicable legislation.

We do not tolerate exploitative practices or working conditions that do not conform to legal standards.

5. Returns Management and Waste Reduction

In case of a return, the customer can exercise their right within 15 days of receiving the order.

The return label is included inside the package upon delivery (the customer receives the shipping label for the return directly in the package).

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 2-3 business days.

Through careful verification of returned products, we promote, where possible, the reintroduction of suitable items into the sales cycle, contributing to waste reduction.

The customer can request order cancellation within a maximum of 24 hours from purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

The sustainability policy is periodically reviewed to identify new opportunities for improvement and adaptation to regulatory and technological developments.
